Prepare the shoe

Fix the laces in parallel position. In some cases, a tape will do a great job in holding the tongue on top of the shoe.

Fix the shoe

While you are scanning, the shoe must stand still. Use the mechanical helpers to fix the shoe. Therefore, start with the back and slide the tool to the heel. In the second step, slide the front tool to the toes. You must not press too much, because with some fixations the shoe is normally fixed already quite well.
