Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the ShooIQ Software

     


  2. Click on the „Help“ Help button on the upper right corner and select  "ShooIQ Support"

     


  3. A new window with TeamViewer ID and Password will open. Send us your Your ID and password if shownvisible

     

  4. Make sure there is a stable internet connection and no automatic standby and stable internet connection

Alternative TeamViewer App:


If you cannot can't launch the application or your ID is not working please perform the following steps:

  1. Close the current TeamViewer
  2. Open the lightbeam installation folder (usually "File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\shooiq" \shooIQ\utils\TeamViewer or C:\Program Files \shooiq )
     Navigate to the subfolder "utils" and then "TeamViewer"
  3. Launch the executable file "TeamViewerQS_en"
     
  4. same as step 3 above
  5. (x86)\shooIQ\utils\TeamViewer
  6. Launch TeamViewerQS
  7. Send us Your ID and password if visible
