If no solution can be found above please proceed as follows:
Falls obige Punkte das Problem nicht beheben gehe bitte wie folgt vor:
- Make sure to ALWAYS write down the time and the name of customers for which the problem occured!
- Halte bitte IMMER fest in welchem Zeitraum und für welche Kunden das Problem beobachtet wurde!
- Contact the support Team at the latest within the next 7 days
- Melde Dich spätestens innerhalb der nächsten 7 Tage beim Support
- Provide the support with a Teamviewer access to your PC ... or send them the scan-images as described here: Collecting scan-images / files
- Stelle dem support eine Teamviewer-Verbindung zum PC bereit ... oder sende ihm die Scan-Bilder wie hier beschrieben zu: Scan-Bilder einsammeln
