In case of questions regarding the software or your scanner you can get direct and fast help, by preparing a remote session for corpus.e.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Launch the application
     
  2. Open the „Help“ menu in the upper right corner

     
  3. Select the item "shooiq Support"

  4. Tell/Send your Teamviewer "ID" to corpus.e and if shown the password
     


Note:

If you cannot launch the application please perform the following steps:

  1. Open the lightbeam installation folder (usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\shooiq" or C:\Program Files \shooiq )

  2.  Navigate to the subfolder "utils" and then "TeamViewer"

  3. Launch the executable file "TeamViewerQS_en"
     
  4. same as step 4 above
