Step-by-step guide
- Open the ShooIQ Software
- Click on the „Help“ button on the upper right corner and select "ShooIQ Support"
- A new window with TeamViewer ID and Password will open. Send us your ID and password if shown
- Make sure there is no automatic standby and stable internet connection
Note:
If you cannot launch the application please perform the following steps:
- Open the lightbeam installation folder (usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\shooiq" or C:\Program Files \shooiq )
- Navigate to the subfolder "utils" and then "TeamViewer"
- Launch the executable file "TeamViewerQS_en"
- same as step 3 above
