Problem:

Internet / Network instable - especially Wifi

One typical symptom: the camera "Mover" cannot be selected in the "Scan" layer of the software
Potential source of the problem: poor power supply of the provided "lightbeam Hotspot"


Instruction:

  • Use a power supply unit with at least 18W for the provided Hotspot

  • Do not connect any other devices on additional ports to the power supply unit (e.g. USB-C)

  • Check if you use the correct ports → Default Network-Setup

  • Make sure you use the provided USB-A <> Micro-USB cable

  • Do NOT use any USB extension cables
