Step-by-step guide
- Launch the application
- Open the „Help“ menu in the upper right corner
- Select "Lightbeam Support"
- Tell/Send your Teamviewer "ID" to corpus.e
Note:
If you cannot launch the application please perform the following steps:
- Open the lightbeam installation folder (usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\lightbeam4")
- Navigate to the subfolder "utils" and then "TeamViewer"
- Launch the executable file "TeamViewerQS_en"
- same as step 4 above
